Amari Cooper is the Cowboys’ only player to have played against the Chiefs.
Cooper has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 List by the Cowboys, which means he will not be able to play in Sunday’s game against Kansas City. Cooper may also miss Sunday’s game against the Raiders because of Cooper’s Thanksgiving match with the Cowboys.

Cooper’s chances to play Dec. 2 at New Orleans depending on his vaccination status could also be in doubt.
The Cowboys are the No. 1 ranked offense in the league, and this is a big loss against the Chiefs. The league’s No. 1 offense. They had just added Michael Gallup to the mix and were trying their best to be fully prepared for Sunday’s game against Patrick Mahomes (and the Chiefs). Cooper, who was in the NFL for three seasons with the Raiders and spent the first three of his NFL seasons with them, stated that he had spoken to his teammates about the noise at Arrowhead Stadium, and how to overcome it.
Cooper is undoubtedly the Cowboys’ most consistent playmaker this season. Cooper has 583 yards, five touchdowns and 44 receptions. After a disappointing performance against the Falcons, he had four receptions for 51 yards.
This is a player Dallas doesn’t want to lose, even though he had a rough game against the Raiders. Last week, they woke up against the Las Vegas Raiders. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw five touchdowns and 406 yards to remind everyone that he’s still around.
Dallas will have to win against Kansas City in a shootout. The loss of Cooper could make it even more difficult.
The Cowboys have CeeDee Lamb Gallup, Cedrick Wilson, and CeeDee Gallup as their top three receivers without Cooper. Noah Brown is a regular in the lineup, and Malik Turner caught two touchdowns against Denver two weeks ago.
