It was one of the best heads-up fumble recovery you’ll ever witness. It was, however, ruled incomplete.
Jourdan Lewis, Dallas Cowboys cornerback, appeared to make a fumble on a catch made by Las Vegas Raiders tight-end Darren Waller. Safety Keanu Neal made a great play and knocked it back in bounds to give the Cowboys possession.
We thought so. Officials deemed it an incomplete catch and gave the Raiders possession.
It was not a major no-call. It was a 7-6 Las Vegas lead, as the Raiders failed to score on that drive. Las Vegas took a 7-0 lead with a touchdown pass of 56 yards from Derek Carr to DeSean Jack.

Dallas responded when Dak Prescott found Sean McKeon, a tight end, for a touchdown. Greg Zuerlein was unable to score the extra point that would have kept the Raiders ahead 7-6.
Just before the end the first quarter, Las Vegas scored to increase its lead to 14-6. Josh Jacobs ran it in for the touchdown run of one yard.
The Dallas Cowboys are coming off a loss against the Kansas City Chiefs and will be facing the Las Vegas Raiders on Thanksgiving. There are still injury concerns going into Thursday’s match.
The Cowboys put safety Donovan Wilson under injured reserve on Wednesday. This means that he will miss at most three games. He has a shoulder and chest injury.
Wilson was injured in four games after Week 1 against Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Wilson has played in four consecutive games, recording 17 tackles and a pass defense against Kansas City.
The secondary has performed significantly better since Dan Quinn was appointed as Dallas’ defensive coordinator. This includes in the turnover department. The Cowboys are tied for second in the NFL with 15 interceptions.
Wilson, who was an outstanding player last season, is now playing at the strong safety. Wilson continued his excellent play against Kansas City, but he left the game with a sore shoulder. Dallas thought he might be able to play on Thursday, but he was placed on injured reserve.
He will be able return against the New York Giants on December 19.
