New Orleans QB Taysom Hill threw four interceptions. The last one was a pick six for Dallas defensive lineman Carlos Watkins.

With 2:52 left in the fourth quarter, the touchdown score helped put the Cowboys up by 27-10. Dallas won the game 27-17.
Watkins, a fourth-round selection in the 2017 NFL Draft, was made by the Houston Texans. This was the start of Watkins’ professional career. He spent four years as a member of the Houston Texans before joining the Cowboys. He is the Dallas Cowboys’s first season. In his NFL professional career, he has racked up 94 tackles.

Former Clemson Tigre was named to the first All ACC team in 2015, and first All American team in 2016 CBS Sports. He had 82 tackles and 13.5 tackles for losses in 2016, as well as 10.5 sacks during 15 games. In 2016, Watkins’ total sacks was the most by a Clemson defensive lineman in school history. It broke the records of Jim Stuckey and William Perry.
Other Dallas Defenders joined the fun, such as Trevon Diggs. Amazingly, Taysom Hill tried to test Diggs but that didn’t work out.

Hill may have forgotten that Diggs was up for Defensive player of the year honors at the National Football League.
On Thursday night, the Cowboys offense was also on display, with running back Tony Pollard making an appearance at his home, with a 58 yard touchdown run that made New Orleans Saints defenders laugh.
Ezekiel Elliot acknowledged that he has been suffering from a knee injury for the past few months. But Pollard took advantage of these extra opportunities and shined in 2021.
