Washington Football Team will not have its four top edge rushers for the 2018 season. Chase Young, a second-year standout, has been sidelined with a torn ACL. Montez Sweat and James Smith-Williams are on the Reserve/COVID-19 lists.
Washington’s top four edge rushers entering the season all will not play today against the Cowboys.

There will be 26 missed quarterback hits and 8.5 sacks. WFT currently has 24 sacks as a team and 78 hits.
The Cowboys don’t have to deal with WFT’s top pass rushers. They are also becoming healthier on offense which is a positive sign for today and tomorrow.
Dallas (8-4) leads Washington by two games in the NFC East standings. The division will be effectively done if Dallas wins.
WFT (6-6) still has a chance of winning the East, and is in a good position to secure a wildcard berth. To achieve the latter, a 3-2 season against divisional foes should be sufficient.
