Dak Prescott Was Asked If He Thinks He’s In A Slump

Dak Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback, had one of his worst games in his entire career over the weekend.

Prescott was 22-for39 for 211 yards with one touchdown, and two interceptions. He also had four sacks in the team’s 27-20 victory over the Washington Football Team. Jerry Jones, Cowboys owner suggested that Prescott was “in the midst” of a “slump”.

Jones replied, “I don’t want to say that, slump,” when Jones was asked if Prescott was in a slump. Per ESPN’s Todd Archer. It’s a multi-faceted evaluation, and I would say that our offense is clearly away from where it was playing 5 or 6 years ago.

Prescott was questioned about Jones’ comments regarding a possible slump.

““I don’t necessarily feel I am, but obviously, we haven’t been playing well. I haven’t been playing my best ball,” Prescott continued to say to reporters that he is at the point in the season when he needs to play as he did in 2021.

Dallas started the season with a 6-1 record, but has been struggling the last six games. The Cowboys are now just 3-3, with embarrassing losses to the Kansas City Chiefs (KC Chiefs) and Denver Broncos (Broncos).

Can Dak and company right the ship before the playoffs kick off?
