Cowboys rookie standout Micah Parsons is looking for new motivation as Dallas prepares for a postseason run. Parsons spoke to the media Wednesday and revealed that his motivation comes from Animal Planet.
Jon Machota of The Athletic reports that Micah Parsons stated that he has been watching more animal videos to help him motivate. He was the lion and was looking for an animal to adopt Trevon Diggs. He chose an eagle. “He owns the air, and I own it,” he said. ‘”

Parsons’s work is paying off. Parsons, a Penn State product, has caused havoc on opposing offenses. He is being seriously considered for Defensive Player Of The Year honors.
Micah is 15 games into his career and has collected 13sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and 3 passes defensed.

Parson’s defensive backfield teammate has been equally impressive. After a promising debut campaign, cornerback Trevon diggs now has an impressive league record of 11 interceptions. Two of these he has taken to the house as touchdowns.
The Dallas defense has seen a significant improvement since last season, when it was full of holes. The ‘Boys have been focusing on D since Dan Quinn’s arrival. This is a big reason they won the 2021 NFC East championship.
