Ever since Dak Prescott signed a $160million extension with the Dallas Cowboys has been under microscope.
Prescott performed well against the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday, finishing with 226 yards passing and three touchdowns. However, he did make a costly mistake in the second quarter.
Jerry Jones, Cowboys owner, was asked by 105.3 The Fan to discuss Prescott’s future. Prescott is Jones’ favorite player.
“I’m very pleased with what Dak has been doing,” Jones said, via Jon Machota. “I’m ecstatic we got him here with the health he’s got.”

Prescott must play like an elite quarterback if the Cowboys want to make it to the Super Bowl.
Prescott has proven several times this season that the Cowboys can rely on him to lead their offense. However, consistency has been a problem at times.
As the Eagles take on the Cowboys, they will give them a chance to address any offensive problems before the playoffs begin.
Jones stated that Dallas would not have its starters in the regular season finale.
