There were many questions about Dak Prescott’s physical capabilities after a disappointing season last year. Last week, however, a photo of Dak Prescott as the Cowboys quarterback went viral because he looked completely different.
DallasCowboys.com writer Nick Eatman was in a position to achieve exactly what Prescott did.
“I got a PT (personal trainer) in the offseason – someone I’ve worked with throughout the last year. I’ve paid him, made him full-time, my guy. Whether it’s vacation or not, he comes with me. We work on these movements and stretches. I feel like, since the injury, I’ve trained more functional than I ever have. So, I see it in my body, I see it the way I move and how the ball is coming out… I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been in. So, it’s time to ramp it up and get going.”

Every season, the Dallas Cowboys have high expectations and hopes. Every season, those hopes and expectations are shattered as Dallas fails to live up the expectations. It has become a joke around the water cooler and among sports fans alike. This Cowboys team is extremely talented, but don’t misunderstand.
The biggest question mark for the franchise is whether quarterback Prescott can lead them to the next level. Prescott signed a huge four-year contract extension worth $160 million in March 2021. Prescott has been granted the keys to his car by the Cowboys. It’s now up to him to produce.
