A few days ago, 2021 NFL regular season was over. The playoffs teams found out who they would be playing in round 1.
The Wild Card round will see the Dallas Cowboys take on the San Francisco 49ers. Fans and media alike suggest that the 49ers could pose matchup issues for the Cowboys.
Amari Cooper, a star wide receiver, doesn’t think so. He said that there’s a reason why the game is played and not just what analysts predict.
“It don’t really matter what outsiders say,” Cooper said via Cowboys reporter Jon Machota. “At the end of the day, that’s why the game is played. If the game was won by what people believed would happen, then why even play the game?”

Perhaps he would like to talk with Michael Irvin, a former Cowboys great. Irvin stated earlier this week that the 49ers were the Cowboys’ worst draw.
Irvin replied, “Absolutely.” “Absolutely,” Irvin said. It was the worst draw. I wanted San Fran and Green Bay to knock out Green Bay and the Rams before they saw us.
We will find out who the winner is on Sunday afternoon at 4:30 pm. ET on CBS.
