Dan Quinn just made an incredible decision about his future with the Dallas Cowboys.
Quinn was contacted by many NFL teams looking for a head coach. Quinn was almost certain to leave the Cowboys this offseason for a position as head coach.
Quinn appears to have had a change in heart.
The Cowboys’ defensive coordinator will not give up in Dallas. He is determined to win the Super Bowl with Cowboys.
“Dan Quinn has informed teams that he’s staying with the #Cowboys, per sources,” reports NFL insider Tom Pelissero. “Six teams requested head-coaching interviews with Quinn, who decided he wanted to return to Dallas and try to win a Super Bowl. He should be a hot name again next year.”

This is an unexpected development that the Dallas Cowboys welcome.
It sounds like Dan Quinn isn’t happy about the end of this season. In the first round of the NFC Playoffs, the Cowboys lost to the San Francisco 49ers.
Quinn’s decision not to leave Cowboys defensive coordinator means Jerry Jones won’t be making any head coaching changes. It seems like Mike McCarthy will be able to continue his tenure.
