According to reports, the Kansas City Chiefs have improved their depth behind star QB Patrick Mahomes.
Field Yates of ESPN NFL Insiders reports that the Chiefs have signed reserve quarterback Anthony Gordon in advance of the 2022 season.
The Chiefs have signed QB Anthony Gordon, per his agent @Caricsportsmgt.
The former Washington State star spent last offseason with Kansas City as well.

Gordon was a standout for the Washington State Cougars in Pullman. He rushed for 5,579 yards with 48 touchdowns in his first season as a starter in 2019, which was a 71.6 completion percentage.
Gordon was not selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. However, he later signed a reserve/futures contract with Kansas City and then a practice squad deal with Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted-free agent. He signed a 2021 reserve/futures deal with Kansas City, and then a Denver practice squad deal.
