On Sunday afternoon, Cooper Rush became a legend.
Rush won his third consecutive start after Dak Prescott, the Cowboys’ starting quarterback, was injured. He is now 4-0 as a starter. He is the Cowboys’ first ever 4-0-starting quarterback.
If you’re wondering, the Dallas quarterback controversy is still unsolved. Prescott will still start when he is ready.

Rush has been playing well since Prescott was injured and this continued Sunday against the Washington Commanders. The Cowboys won the game 25-10 with Rush finishing the game with 223 yards of passing and two touchdowns.
He continued to care for the football, as he has yet to throw an interception this season. He has rushed for 737 yards and scored four touchdowns in four games.
Prescott’s return is looming and he’s placed the Cowboys in a strong position in the NFC East.
