Cowboys Are Being Linked To Multiple Veteran Wide Receivers

The Dallas Cowboys might need another wide receiver to join training camp, as James Washington is expected to miss six to ten weeks with a fractured foot.

While a deal is not imminent, the Cowboys are linked to Cole Beasley and Will Fuller, two veteran wideouts.

Fuller, 28 years old, spent the 2021 season in Miami with the Dolphins. Fuller was only present in two games and he caught four passes for 26 yards.

Fuller, when healthy, can knock the top off a defense with his lightning speed.

Beasley recently admitted that he would be open to returning to his Cowboys team. From 2012-18, he was with the Cowboys. He had 319 catches, 3,271 yards, and 23 touchdowns during that stretch.

Beasley played for the Buffalo Bills in the 2021 season. He was able to catch 82 passes for 693 yards.

The Cowboys could add Beasley as a player to their roster. It would give them a sense of familiarity.

Dallas could still pursue a veteran such as Odell Beckham Jr. and Emmanuel Sanders. They are also free agents.

The Cowboys do not have a proven wide receiver, other than CeeDee Lamb. Michael Gallup will likely miss a few games.
