In Week 10, the Dallas Cowboys will receive a significant offensive weapon.
After missing seven games due to calf injuries, wide receiver Michael Gallup will be activated from the injured reserves. The injury occurred in Week 1, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the fourth-year wideout. He was immediately placed on the IR.
Gallup’s 21-day activation window was due to end next week.

It was exactly as we expected.
Yesterday, Mike McCarthy, the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons said that Gallup would be 100% ready for Saturday’s matchup.
Michael has great vertical push in his routes. He is very organized. He is probably our best contested catch receiver. You can just see the energy he has brought the last two weeks. He had a good week last week, I thought. McCarthy stated that he looks like he is at 100 percent this week on 105.3 The Fan. The numbers speak for themselves when he has the ball in his hand. His game is very disciplined. He is very friendly with quarterbacks.”
Gallup’s activation is a wonderful time for the Cowboys offense. Cedrick Wilson is Dak Prescott’s No. In Gallup’s absence Cedrick Wilson, Dak Prescott’s No. 3 wide receiver option, is questionable to play this weekend due to a shoulder injury.
The Cowboys announced that Tristyn Hills, a defensive tackle for the Cowboys, will be activated from the Physically Impaired to Perform (PUP), marking his first game back after tearing his ACL last season.
