Tyron Smith isn’t the only impact player on Dallas Cowboys. He’ll be missing Saturday’s matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Cowboys have ruled out Trevon Diggs (cornerback), Jayron Kearse (safety), and Tony Pollard (running back) for Week 18. Initial reports had all three players listed as questionable.
Diggs has been suffering from an illness this week but has not tested positive for COVID-19. This has been a concern since the Cowboys have a few COVID-19 cases.
The Cowboys will be missing Diggs’ playmaking abilities on Saturday, it is clear. He has 52 combined tackles and 21 passes defended in 16 games.
#Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs (illness), S Jayron Kearse (hamstring) and RB Tony Pollard (foot) will not travel with the team to Philadelphia, and all have been ruled out for the game.

Kearse, Pollard and the Cowboys will be missed by them both this Saturday.
Kearse was an underrated Cowboys player this season. He racked up 101 total tackles and two interceptions, as well as a sack. Kearse is currently recovering from a hamstring injury.
Pollard has been suffering from a foot injury for more than a month. He’s expected to be fully recovered in time for the Cowboys’ playoff run.
The Cowboys will be without Pollard, Kearse, and Diggs for this weekend’s game. They will need some second-string players.
The Cowboys & Eagles will begin at 8:15 p.m. ET.
