Mike McCarthy will be coaching in a special game on Sunday.
McCarthy, the Dallas Cowboys’ current head coach, will be returning to Green Bay, his first visit since December 2018. After the Packers fell to 4-7-1, McCarthy was fired.
Jayron Kearse, Cowboys safety, was asked about the matchup with McCarthy and stated that the players want to win it for him.
“We want to get this one for our head coach being that he was there for some years, won a championship there, and just going out here taking care of business for him, that’s enough motivation for us to go out there and do something,” Kearse said.

The Cowboys will take on the very fragile Packers team. This is a team that has lost five consecutive games after starting the season at 3-1.
The Cowboys are currently at 6-2 and two games behind the Philadelphia Eagles in first place in NFC East.
The contest kickoff will take place at 4:25 p.m. ET.
