To celebrate the NFL schedule release, ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith uploaded a Twitter video mocking the Dallas Cowboys. Throughout the video, he used his “Southern Stephen” personality.
Smith’s video went viral and caught the attention of Micah Parsons, Cowboys star.
Parsons instead of letting Smith go, Parsons sent him a message on Thursday night.
Parsons sent Smith the tweet, “Man, I know you really want be one of us,” “We’ll take good care of you, man. The hatred can’t last forever.”
@stephenasmith man i know you really want to be one of us !!! We’ll take care of you man! The hate can’t last forever 😂 https://t.co/lGZJbVC2MK

Parsons’ tweet was replied to by Smith, who revealed that he doesn’t really hate the Cowboys.
“Haaaaaaa! Never! Smith wrote, “But I have no hatred for y’all men.” It’s all love. It’s all fun and games. They do, however, get on my nerves.
Smith is unlikely to stop trolling the Cowboys anytime in the near future. It is now a routine part of Smith’s at ESPN.
The Cowboys will begin the regular season against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home. The NFC showdown will begin at 8:20 p.m. ET ET on September 11.
