Dak Prescott is certainly excited about the Dallas Cowboys_ 2021 season.
After recovering from a catastrophic injury in 2020, the star quarterback signed a $160 million, four-years extension. Prescott was injured in his leg last season and missed most of the 2020 season. However, he is now fully recovered.
Prescott is set for a great year.Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense should be amongst the best in 2021. Dallas will open the season against Tampa Bay on the league’s first night.
Cowboys quarterback uses two words to describe the upcoming season of his team: “very special.”
The Cowboys’ quarterback expects a lot of improvements in 2021.
“Improvement,” Prescott stated to NBC 5 in Dallas/Fort Worth. Let’s just take those five games as an example of how we can be better as a team. We will play more complementary football, from offense to defense to special teams, and then our team will be healthy. The offseason has been a great experience for us all. The season was approached in the right way. We are just excited. We are excited to see if we can keep healthy and get some good fortune. We can put all that we have worked so hard for together in all stages and phases of the game. We are excited for this season. It will be memorable for Cowboys fans and us.
The Cowboys will begin their “special year” on Thursday, September 9 against the Buccaneers.
Kickoff will take place at 8:20 p.m. Eastern Time.
