These aren’t your older brother’s Dallas Cowboys. There appears to be something different going on in Big D this season and the ‘Boys response in primetime may have put a stamp on that.
Dak Prescott and Cowboys’ offense were a little out of sync when they entered Sunday night. They did manage to beat Washington, NFC East rival. Dak’s incredible performance helped Dallas win the WFT 56-14.
In just three quarters, the Cowboys’ QB completed 28-39 passes to gain 330 yards and four touchdowns. He even managed to go 20-21 on some of his attempts.

Prescott was asked immediately after he took the postgame podium whether the slump was finished.
Dak replied, “You tell me?” “I never said that we were in a slump. Those were your words.”
Prescott said, “It’d be difficult for you to tell that now.” “Yes, tonight was fantastic. The offense put in a great performance. The team put in a great performance. All three phases scored, scoring in the same way as we did on offense. It was a great win for the team, and a great team effort.

Many media people suggested that Prescott’s injury to his calf caused the Cowboys’ drop in offensive numbers. Dak denied this.
Prescott stated that the calf injury had been behind him for several weeks. “You guys can talk about it as much as you like, but I assure you that I haven’t been playing my best ball.
Dallas improved to 11-4 after the win. This was the team’s first NFC East title, since 2018.
