The Dallas Cowboys have declared quarterback Dak Prescott questionable for Sunday’s primetime match against the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles.
Prescott was injured in his throwing hand and has missed four Cowboys games.
Head coach Mike McCarthy stated earlier this afternoon that Dak will throw before Sunday’s marquee matchup. Prescott returned to practice on Thursday as a limited participant after his thumb injury in Week 1.

Dak is not expected to play in this weekend’s game, but the Cowboys have left the possibility open.
Cooper Rush, the Cowboys’ backup quarterback, has led them to four consecutive victories in Prescott’s absence. Prescott will be able to fully recover from this team’s success.
Prescott will be back as the team’s starting pitcher despite Rush’s solid 4-0 performance.
