Jason Peters was not content with his hatred for the Dallas Cowboys.
Peters signed Monday to the practice squad, only two years after he was last seen as a Philadelphia Eagle.
Although he spent 11 seasons with the Eagles, he said it was “love at First Sight” when Jerry Jones called him.
“You can’t blame me. We were rivals. At the end of the day, me and Jerry go back to Arkansas. When he called me, we sat down and talked. It was like love at first sight. We were talking about the Hogs,” Peters said.

Peters’ decision by the Cowboys to sign was likely influenced by Texas, where he lives. Peters is a Cowboys fan.
Peters will get used to being on the practice squad before being activated to the 53 man roster.
He is a solid addition to the tackle position, particularly when Tyron Smith is injured.
