After a strong start to the 2021 season Dak Prescott is now in a difficult spot. But Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that the problem is not related to health.
Jones was asked by 105.3 The Fan if Prescott is 100% healthy during his weekly interview. His answer was really interesting.
“Yes,” Jones replied. “The reason why the pass sometimes looks strange is that the receiver may have run the wrong route or cut it off two yards too short. You can find better routes, that’s one answer.
Jones may be putting CeeDee Lamb, Amari Cooper and the rest the receiving corps on notice.

Prescott’s problems may have many causes, but the Cowboys need Prescott to improve his game down the stretch. The team’s chances at winning the Super Bowl will be seriously diminished if Prescott isn’t playing at an elite level.
Prescott was able to pass for 238 yards, score a touchdown and interception against the New Orleans Saints this Thursday night. After Tony Pollard’s long, rushing touchdown in half two, the offense finally found its rhythm.
Prescott will need his best performance this Sunday as the Cowboys face the Washington Football Team in an important NFC East matchup.
