Since Week 1, Dak Prescott hasn’t played for Dallas Cowboys. It’s possible that he will return to the field against the Detroit Lions this weekend.
Jerry Jones, Cowboys owner, was interviewed on 105.3 The Fan Tuesday morning to ask Prescott if he will be playing this Sunday.
Jones said that Prescott was interested in a Week 7 return.
“He’s determined to,” Jones said, via Jori Epstein. “From what I can know and see, I think he can get there. We feel like physically he’s at a position where the risk/reward justifies him being out there.”

Prescott told reporters that he plans to go into the week and try to complete his full week of practice.
Cooper Rush led the Cowboys’ four-straight wins in Prescott’s absence. But, the team was unable to overcome the reality of this past weekend against Philadelphia Eagles.
Prescott’s return should increase the Cowboys chances of reaching the playoffs this season.
