Sunday was a great day for Dak Prescott’s Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys defeated the Atlanta Falcons 43-3 at AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas. Dallas bounced back from last weekend’s shocking loss to Denver.
Sunday’s outcome was not in doubt. Prescott and Co. jumped out to a big lead early and didn’t look back.
Prescott stated that the Falcons attempted to duplicate the Broncos’ strategy, but it failed this time.
Prescott stated that the Falcons tried to do so early. “As I stated last week, the main reason I wanted it was because we didn’t play a good match. If they believe that this is the formula for success against us then good luck. We know what our capabilities are, and last week was a good reminder that this is the NFL, and it can be tough. It’s something you have to work for every practice day and then come out on Sunday to get it again.
Prescott and Co. performed in front of a home crowd that included Natalie Buffett, his longtime girlfriend.
Buffett posted a 2-word message to her Instagram Story: “My Cowboy”
Prescott and the Cowboys are looking to improve their season to 8-2 when they face the Chiefs next week.
