Jerry Jones, Cowboys owner, is still unhappy with the way this season ended.
Jones was on 105.3 The FAN Dallas, and confirmed that the Cowboys deserved better after their loss to the 49ers.
“We deserve better than ending up this way. That’s how I feel today,” Jones said.

After winning the NFC East, this season looked promising for the Cowboys to make the playoffs. The offense was starting to shine.
Micah Parsons, a rookie pass rusher, helped to transform the defense.
Their penalty problems eventually caught up with them as they were penalized 14 more times against the 49ers. This tied a playoff record, as most of them were in high-pressure situations.
The offense struggled and Dallas scored only seven points in the fourth quarter. Although the team had two chances to tie or win the game in the fourth quarter, they couldn’t do it.
Now, the focus shifts to the offseason when the team has 21 unrestricted agents free to handle. This team will have plenty of stories to tell going into next season.
