Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder is a controversial figure in NFL circles, but Jerry Jones apparently still supports his NFC East rival.
Ian Rapoport, who spoke on Tuesday’s ” NFL Today”, explained the current status of Snyder’s ownership. He said that Jones will change his mind, but it won’t.
From NFL Now: Jerry Jones is still behind #Commanders owner Daniel Snyder, and unless that changes, not much else will. pic.twitter.com/rcSgQToXGZ

“Most people are on the same page – most owners, most notably – are on the same page with wishing that Dan Snyder was not an owner. … It’s not Goodell himself saying, ‘You’re out,’ it’s 24 owners voting to decide that Dan Snyder can no longer own the team. They’re not there yet…
From my understanding, Jerry Jones – so important and influential in the direction that this is going to go is still on-board with Dan Snyder. If that changes, it would be a dramatic turn.”
For now, the outsiders will have to wait to see the results of many investigations into Snyder’s work environment.
