The Kansas City Chiefs added to their receiving team by selecting Western Michigan wideout Skyy Moor with the 54th round. Moore sent Patrick Mahomes the following message shortly after the pick was made: “What’s great my boy!”
Mahomes did not wait long to respond to his new teammate. He replied, “Let’s get it homie.”
Although it will take some time for Mahomes to get to know Moore, it seems that the MVP quarterback is pleased with the move.
Lets get it homie! 💪🏽 https://t.co/Jwd5uI1ow3

Moore’s 2021 season at Western Michigan was a great one. He caught 95 passes for 1,292 yards, and 10 touchdowns. Moore ran a 4.41 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.
Analysts believed Moore might sneak into the first round. Kansas City was able to place Moore in the back of the second round.
Moore is unlikely to be a Pro Bowl wide receiver for the Chiefs as a rookie. However, there are many things to love about his skillset.
Moore must be happy about his landing, with Mahomes giving him the ball for the future.
