This Wednesday’s significant move by the Dallas Cowboys was to place rookie linebacker Micah Parsons onto the reserve/COVID-19 roster. His availability for Saturday’s match against the Philadelphia Eagles has now been questioned.
It is worth keeping an eye on Parsons’ condition for Week 18. Mike McCarthy’s defense would have a huge hole to fill if Parsons is absent Saturday’s match.
Parsons went on Twitter shortly after being placed on the COVID-19 reserve list to discuss his current situation.
Parsons wrote, “I was saddened by this news. I feel like my team let down and Dallas Cowboys Nation.” “I’ll return better than ever!” I will only be more hungry. We will see you soon.”

Cowboys fans don’t seem to be upset that Parsons was placed on the COVID-19 reserve list. They do wish him speedy recovery.
The playoffs are just one week away and the Cowboys will need Parsons to be on the field making plays.
Parsons has recorded 84 total tackles in 16 games, as well as 30 quarterback hits, 13sacks, and three forced fumbles. Parsons’ transition from college to the pro ranks was incredibly smooth.
Parsons should be updated by the Cowboys later in this week.
