It looked for a while like the Dallas Cowboys were looking for new coordinators on both ends of the ball. This does not seem to be the case.
Dan Quinn was one of the coordinators. He interviewed for a variety of head coaching jobs around the league. In some cases, he was even considered a finalist.
And so the Dallas Cowboys now get to keep both their coordinators, OC Kellen Moore and DC Dan Quinn. https://t.co/OXyWoiZRo3

DQ should be back at Dallas. Much to the delight of Micah Parsons, Cowboys’ standout linebacker; Quinn is looking forward to another year.
“The more we get this going, the more we get guys to buy into what Q’s trying to build in Dallas, the better we’re going to get,” Parsons said, via ESPN.com. “I think we have one of the better defenses in the league this year and we’re only going to get better with the more experience.”

Quinn’s leadership, change of scheme, and the emergence of young Cowboys defensemen Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggers changed Dallas’s football landscape.
The Cowboys defense was all about ball hawking. Parsons was relentless in his pressure on the opposing quarterbacks from the edge. This helped him to earn what is likely to be Defensive Rookie Of The Year.
Dallas will hopefully be able to improve upon their NFC East record of 12-5 2021 with the ‘Boys returning to town.
