On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys will face a major player in New York against the Giants.
After leading for much of the contest, Dallas won the game against Washington in the fourth quarter. The Cowboys were without All-Pro offensive tackle Tyron Smith, who sustained an ankle injury.
Mike McCarthy, the head coach, announced Monday that Smith would not be able play Sunday against New York Giants.
Although this is a significant blow to the Cowboys offensive line, they have been there before. Smith has suffered multiple injuries in the last couple of seasons.
Dallas should be able beat New York on Sunday without Smith.
Mike McCarthy said the Cowboys will not have Tyron Smith this week. Said it was an aggravation of same injury that knocked Smith out for 3 games earlier.
