On Thursday, Mike McCarthy returned to the Dallas Cowboys’ facility.
After testing positive for COVID-19, the veteran NFL head coach was forced to leave. McCarthy was unable to attend Thursday’s victory over the New Orleans Saints.
McCarthy will return to Cowboys Stadium just a few days before their big division matchup against Washington Football Team.
The victory was also guaranteed by Dallas’ head coach.
“We are going to win this match. “I’m confident in that,” said the Cowboys coach.

Although it isn’t Joe Namath’s level, it’s still quite cool. An NFL head coach must believe that his team will win every match. You rarely see an NFL player or head coach declare “we’re going win” before kickoff.
The Cowboys will kick off at 1:05 p.m. Eastern Time.
FOX will broadcast Sunday’s game at 2:45 p.m.
