Two of the league’s top quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes, and Dak Prescott will meet in Week 11.
Mahomes shares his thoughts on the Dallas Cowboys QB ahead of the contest in Arrow Stadium between the Kansas City Chiefs & Dallas Cowboys .
“It is clear that Prescott is a great leader. You can see it even if you are just a fan of him or the Cowboys. He’s a great leader. He’s been a starter for a long period of time in the league. His athleticism is evident, as you can see from the way he played in high school. “They have a great offense there, they have great teams over there. We will have to face a formidable challenge this week against them.”

The Cowboys and Chiefs have never faced each other since Prescott and Mahomes were in the league. Mahomes was then a rookie backup for Alex Smith, the veteran quarterback. Dak, in his second season with Dallas, led his team into a win of 28-17 while Alex Smith, the eventual league MVP, watched from the sidelines. Prescott threw 249 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions in that game on 21/33 passing.
Mahomes has 2,940 yards, 25 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and a league-leading 271 total completions through 10 games. Through eight games, Prescott has accumulated 2,341 yards and 20 touchdowns as well as five interceptions.
The Chiefs (6-4), will face off against the Cowboys (2-2) at 4:25 pm. ET on Sunday.
