Tony Romo, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, knows well what it is like to lose a playoff match in such a heartbreaking manner.
Former Cowboys star and CBS broadcaster, he was part of numerous crushing playoff losses while he was with the franchise.
He was part of a second one on Sunday – but this time it came from the broadcasting booth.
On Sunday afternoon, the Cowboys lost to the 49ers 23-17 in Wild Card round of NFC playoffs. It came down to one play.

Romo expressed his feelings on the Cowboys’ defeat shortly after the contest. It was a crazy way to see an NFL playoff game end.
The Cowboys’ former quarterback said, “It is a ridiculous way to end a football game.”
