Pollard ran a 58-yard touchdown to reach a speed of 21.17 mph. This is the fastest speed a Cowboys ball-carrier has reached this season and it was the second consecutive week that Pollard has reached a career-high in speed.
He has proven that he is a top-notch backup running back in the National Football League over the past few seasons. He has a great combination of home-run speed and an amazing set of hands.
PFF agrees with Pollard that was one of the best league players in 2021.
He’s already rushed over 500 yards and has tallied 31 receptions for 256 receiving yards this year. He is a great pass catcher and must be taken into account by the opposing defenses.
Pollard just last week made a 100 yard kick return for touchdown. This is a testament to his versatility and ability as a playmaker. The ref did an incredible dive to the turf.
Many are begging for Pollard more carries. All he does is show that he deserves more opportunities. Ezekiel Elliot was injured in the knee and has missed the majority of 2021, but Pollard took advantage of the additional opportunities.
Over the three previous seasons, the Memphis product has accumulated 72 catches. He has proven that he is one of the most difficult pass-catching running backs in National Football League.
Cowboys Fans are hopeful he can continue his outstanding play for a spectacular playoff run.
